Pair Of Teenagers Injured In Early Morning Wawa Shooting: Philadelphia PD

Two teenagers are in the hospital with bullet wounds after gunfire rang out at a Philadelphia Wawa early Wednesday morning, according to authorities.

It happened on the 2500 block of Aramingo Avenue in Port Richmond around 1:30 a.m. on May 24, city police told Daily Voice. 

Officers arrived to find one 15-year-old victim who was shot in the left arm and armpit, the department said. He was taken to Temple University Hospital and placed in "critical but stable condition," they wrote. 

Another 15-year-old boy was shot in the left shoulder and taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center by private vehicle hours later at 10 a.m., police continued. He was placed in stable condition. 

No arrests have been made and no weapons were recovered from the scene, authorities said. The matter remains under investigation.
